We talk about him growing up in Long Beach, California “Cambodia Town” and how he got into cooking authentic Khmer Food. Chad was the trail blazer of online shipping and sales of Prahok sauces, Beef Jerky, Tvako (Khmer Sausages), pickled plums, Kroeung sauces, you name it. 10 years in the game and he is also a man of many hats.
